Britain’s new car registrations at all time high

New car sales last month were the highest in September for ten years.

According to Mike Hawes, Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Chief executive;

“New car registrations reached two-and-a-half years of consecutive monthly growth in August, as confident private and fleet consumers continued to snap up enticing deals on a wealth of advanced new products.”

These encouraging figures for the car industry have been led by increasing confidence in the economy, alluring finance deals and the notable fuel-efficiency of the current crop of cars.
